Role Description

Learning & Development Coordinator

Cpl HR is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a leading Irish Services Organisation with offices in Dublin City Centre. This is a very exciting opportunity to join the team at the launch of a number of new learning and development initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, You will work collaboratively with all members of the Learning and Development team on various projects. The L&D Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of all development programmes and interventions from a recording, scheduling, booking, billing and reporting perspective. Development programmes will include Graduate, Induction, Compliance and Performance Management Programmes.


Role responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for key development programmes 
  • Logistic support to include booking, scheduling, communicating, set-up, on-the-ground support and evaluation
  • Contribute to the curation of learning content and online job aids
  • Liaise with and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external service providers
  • Manage the Organisation Capability shared file site ensuring centralisation of all programme training materials, booking forms, attendance/training reports, assessment forms and schedules
  • Provide the OC Team with status updates on projects / initiatives underway - escalation of issues and delays as required
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings; prepare content and assist in meeting agenda preparation and follow up

Role requirements:

  • 1 year experience in a HR environment working in a Learning & Development role
  • Flexible and dependable with an excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A good team player with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage workload in a dynamic and busy working environment
  • Strong IT skills across MS office suite
