HR Analyst

Role Description

HR Analyst         

Cpl HR is seeking a HR Analyst to join a large multinational professional organisation with offices in Dublin City Centre. You will enjoy a fast-paced and changing environment and act as the key support to the HR Manager. The Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive working relationships with the whole of the business, acting as an effective liaison for the HR function and with management team and other members of staff.

Role responsibilities:

  • Analyze and summarize large volumes of HR data, summarize the results and prepare recommendations
  • Advising and guiding on human resource policies and procedures
  • Super user on the HR System, fixing issues as they arise, implementing changes, adding new features, liaising with the developers
  • Work closely with the Head of Human Resources on projects including the integration project
  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and develop plans to implement change
  • Participating in the design, change and integration of human resource processes, ensuring uptake and compliance with legislation
  • Provide monthly reports to Management including turnover reports and headcount reports
  • Working with HR leadership to design and implement employee engagement strategies in support of overall employee commitment and performance
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments, organisations and agencies
  • Support all aspects of recruitment and terms and conditions of employment
  • Undertaking such tasks, activities or other duties as may be required or assigned

Role requirements:

  • Third level qualification or equivalent in Human Resource Management
  • Experience within a financial services organization an advantage
  • Strong analytical and IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Flexible, adaptable and proactive individual with the ability to work on own initiative
