Accounts Receivable Administrator - Dublin North

CPL are delighted to be working in partnership with our Client, based in Dublin North. We have an immediate requirement for a confident, friendly and enthusiastic individual with credit control experience to assist within a small close-knit, team orientated accounts receivable department. Successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Duties to include:-

  • Credit Control - primary aim of this role is reducing outstanding debt on allocated client accounts. Issuing client correspondence and statements as needed.
  • Monitoring customer credit limits and maintaining company credit policies.
  • Reviewing daily credit control file for lodgements received.
  • Customer Service - Build relationships with clients to improve communication channels and manage the resolution of customer queries.
  • Communication - Liaise with clients daily by telephone and email. Issuing client correspondence and statements as needed.
  • Administration - duties including filing customer correspondence and recording of customer activity details.
  • Account reconciliation/administration of invoices and payments on customer accounts.
  • Reporting – providing weekly reports to the Credit Control Manager & distribution of aged transaction reports.
  • Team Work - Advising on problem accounts and filtering as appropriate to line manager or operational management. Raising cheque requests.
  • Liaising with customer service personnel for account queries.
  • Working to achieve set personal and team targets.

Successful Candidate:-

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy accounts function
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Be flexible and a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Sage
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Experience of working in a high volume environment.
