I am now recruiting for an experienced administrator, ideally from a legal background, for a 6 month temporary role in Ireland's leading financial institution. Located in D1, along the Red Line Luas, and offering a salary of €28K per annum on a pro-rata basis, this role would be perfect for those looking to expose themselves to a financial services environment.
Successful candidates will have 2 years experience in administration, at least, and ideally will have spent some time as a legal administrator or legal secretary. They will possess strong administration and organisation skills, and be proficent in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

The successful candidate will be very proactive and be able to recognise the importance of issues and escalate accordingly, especially as this is a fast moving environment. Focused and ambitious administrators will do well in this position.
The main duties of the role include record keeping, document management, processing large volumes of hardy copy matieral, and formatting of documents using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates who have experience in Sharepoint and Visio will find themselves at an advantage. Successful candidates must be willing to undergo Garda Vetting and be willing to start within 3 weeks of being offered the position.
