HR Project Manager

Cpl HR is seeking a HR Project Manager with experience of healthcare environments to project manage an exciting new venture in a diversified, family owned business specialising in Healthcare distribution.  Based in the Service & Education department, this candidate will work with a team of eight in implementing an exciting new venture across several large and complex organisations.  The role will be ordinarily located in North Dublin but will require travel throughout Ireland (a company car is provided).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resources from multi-national product suppliers to deliver a new Time and Attendance system throughout Ireland
  • Accountability for project delivery within scope, quality and time requirements
  • Problem resolution and implementation of corrective action where required
  • Creation of planning and tracking documentation
  • Completion of a gap analysis between the new and old systems
  • Regular reporting and status updates
  • Lead the change management throughout the project including stakeholder management, consultation, communication plans, as well as preparation and delivery of training
  • Manage the handover of the project to the core HR team and other internal users

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • HR Project management experience essential
  • Knowledge of Time and Attendance systems essential
  • Knowledge of workforce planning required
  • Experience of Healthcare environments is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Strong organisation, planning, communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation
  • Results-driven and innovative nature
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
