Role Description

HR/ Recruitment Specialist – West Dublin – 11 Month FTC

Cpl HR is seeking a Recruitment/HR Specialist to join a leading organisation with offices in West Dublin for an initial contract position. This is a Part-Time role (20hrs per week). This is a key hire consisting of a mix of Recruitment and HR activities. Previous experience within the Pharma sector is a distinct advantage but not essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment alongside the on boarding and induction of these new hires for the company’s West Dublin Location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate / Manage  recruitment activity
  • Attend Pre-hire meeting with hiring manager to assess job requirement
  • Arrange Interviews between manager and candidates
  • Confirm Start dates
  • Ensure all new hire details are provided to HR Administrator
  • Manage on boarding of the new hire
  • Assist with any queries that they may have throughout their contract duration
  • Managing & maintaining key relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders and third party agencies to assure delivery of service
  • Manage any disciplinary or performance issues with direction of Account Manager
  • Generate various reports (Leavers, new hires and movers) for HR each month
  • Assist Hiring Managers / HR with all recruitment/HR queries in relation to temporary/contract workers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relative discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment role
  • Experience working in a highly metric driven environment with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent consultative, problem solving, team working and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a stand-alone environment
