Role Description

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a new manufacturing company in Athlone.

My client is a start-up pharmaceutical company located in beautiful offices in Athlone. They are headquartered in America and are known for their modern culture.

They are looking for an experienced and incredibly organised individual to hit the ground running in this very busy and vibrant environment.

You will be working with an inspirational Site Manager whose main focus is motivating and driving the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:               

  • Calendar Management for the Manager and his team.
  • Domestic and international travel arrangement including hotel bookings and car transfers
  • Preparation of minutes, presentations and reports for all meetings
  • Focusing on customer relationship management for the teams clients
  • Working with the team on any general administration duties
  • Dealing with clients on general queries before escalating to the team

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience supporting at senior level is essential
  • Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature
  • Corporately presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Experience in handling confidential information
