Project Manager Construction
Our Client, Long established Main Building Contractor is seeking a Project Manager for initial Project based in Dublin West.
To be considered for the role you must:
Have more than 5+ years’ Relevant Project Management experience in Construction.
Have thorough knowledge of building regulations and guidelines.
Have a good working experience in managing staff and sub-contractors.
Have proven record of managing RC Concrete Slabs, Floors etc.
Have a proven ability to manage and control agreed budgets and timelines.
Have a track record of ensuring safe and effective delivery of works.
Have client facing experience and reviews of contracts.
Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical).
Have excellent communications skills.
Be capable of multi-tasking, co-ordinating and delivering multi-aspects of a project.
Ideally you will:
Hold a Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or (Similar / Equivalent).
Have relevant experience working in Pharmaceutical or Industrial Construction projects.
Have experience in ensuring Safety Standards & Regulations.
Have on-site construction supervision / project management experience.
Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Manage multi-faceted projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.
Be Computer literate in computer and database applications such as Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project/Power project etc.
