Role Description

CPL are delighted to work in partnership with our client based in Drogheda who are one of Ireland’s leading online Jewellery Retailers.   They are now looking to hire an Administrator to join their team. Successful Candidate must possess creativity, ambition, eye for detail along with a positive outlook and good all round Office Administration / Customer Service experience and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Duties

  • Manage the daily courier requirements using the on-line system and telephone where required 
  • Management of online products to include accurate descriptive key words 
  • Deal with any customer returns and exchanges 
  • Assist Management to maintain, update and constantly improve the websites on a daily basis 
  • Preparation of weekly sales management report 
  • Help perform cycle count checks 
  • General stock and inventory management 
  • Help drive efficiencies across goods inward, storage, order assembly and dispatch to our customer base 
  • General office duties 


Successful Candidate

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment meeting tight deadlines 
  • Experience in customer service 
  • Good attention to detail and a creative eye
  • Can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong IT skills set. – Knowledge of Magento back office would be an advantage 
  • Some experience in maintaining websites would be a distinct advantage
