Administration Assistant

Role Description

I am currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator for a leading news and media group in Dublin City. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator - Immediate start salary up to €30K. 

 

Main Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Writing bereavements to be published in the newspaper.
  • Customer Service - Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face.
  • Ability to deal with grieving customers. 
  • Taking messages and dealing with queries.
  • Provide support to staff with their administration.
  • Data Entry and system maintenance.
  • Prepare reports when needed. 
  • Archiving documentation.

 

The perfect candidate will have:

  • 1 year + Administration experience 
  • Proficient in Excel & Word
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Great Organisational skills
