Job Description: Full-time Sales Administration assistant in 2 of their branches in Cavan and Letterkenny

Standard working hours 

€25,000 P/A

4 Month contract. 

Sales and Telemarketing experience is a must.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calls.
  • Following up on any sales leads. 
  • Answering any queries and concerns around the services
  • Working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. 
  • Compiling reports.
  • Tracking all calls and information on the database
  • Helping customers by providing advice. 
  • Administration filing, scanning, document control.

 

Experience and skills required:

  • 3 Years Office/reception experience.
  • Outbound telemarking experience - Previously answered 60+ calls per day.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Excellent Communication Skills. 
  • Well presented with a proactive and motivated attitude.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
