Role Description


  • Preparing quarterly management accounts to meet internal and external reporting requirements;
  • Preparing annual accounts and financial statements under FRS 102/IFRS to meet audit requirements;
  • Liaising with auditors in relation to the annual audit process;
  • Assist in the preparation of corporation tax computations and tax returns for filing with the Irish Revenue;
  • Preparing tax registration documents, setting up ROS, assisting with obtaining tax residency certificates and following up in relation to same to completion;
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns, VIES returns and Extrastat and Intrastat returns; correspondence internally and with third parties in relation to VAT returns;
  • Assist with online banking including set up of beneficiaries, payments etc. and quarterly download of bank statements for internal purposes; liaising with company bankers in relation to various matters; bank account opening including preparing account opening packs, setting up online banking for required users and related banking requirements;
  • Assist with new company formation including preparing company formation documents, filing directors appointments, arranging directors disclosures and issuing share certificates and share transfer forms;
  • Drafting and completion of intercompany loan documents as required. 


The successful candidate will hold an honours degree in business, accounting or finance preferred and will be an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant.
