Role Description

Client Services Operations 

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of all department Client Asset related reconciliations
  • Ensuring that these are completed within the required regulatory timeframes
  • Reporting of all open / aged items on these reconciliations to management
  • Monitor all Figaro settlement related reconciliation’s as defined by management
  • Ensuring timely processing and follow up of queries by all settlement related teams
  • Report to management and advise on any performance issues
  • Liaise with all internal / external auditors and regulators
  • Produce comprehensive Management Information for Client Services
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of Management Information and Control Reporting mechanisms
  • Undertaking ad-hoc reconciliation’s when required


  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in the financial services sector/ Fund Accounting
  • Reconciliation and control background
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines
  • Strong processing skills and an eye for detail
  • A record of providing excellent customer service
  • Good Keyboard/PC skills
