BIM Implementation Manager

Role Description

Our client a long established, and leading Building Services Engineering Contractor are looking for an experienced BIM Implementation Manager to develop and continue the successful Implementation of BIM across the multiskilled organisation. - Specialising in Clean Room, Data Centre - infrastructure - Construction - fit-out - refurb

Role:

To create and manage the BIM implementation strategy, working across various departments and directing teams in the successful operation and use of BIM.

To be considered for the role you must: 

• Have a 3rd Level Degree. in Architectural Technology / Building Services Engineering / BIM
• Have at least 6 years demonstrable experience in the Successful Implementation and development of BIM
• Be aware of obstacles that may be realised in the implementation process.
• Be capable of selecting and evaluating BIM applications
• Have a thorough knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering terminology.
• Have experience of the various technologies associated with BIM 
• Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical).
• Have excellent communication skills. 
• Be competent at liaising with the multi-discipline Design Team.
• Be capable of co-ordinating BIM processes enabling successful completion of project on time.
• Hold relevant permission to be employed full time in the Republic of Ireland
