Project Quantity Surveyor

 

Our client, an established Building Contractor, is seeking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for role Project based in Dublin City Center. 

 

To be considered for the role you must: 

Hold a Minimum qualification in QS / Construction Economics Degree.

Have more than 5 years’ experience as a QS Contractor or PQS.

Have knowledge and awareness of target cost contracts and early contractor involvement arrangements.

Have proven commercial skills and experience (pre & post-contract) on large construction projects.

Be proficiency in Word and Excel.

Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical). 

 

Ideally you will: 

Have a working knowledge / experience in both large and small Residential Projects

Have experience in budget development, contract development & control and cost control

Experience in Advising on appropriate procurement and contract strategies.

Demonstrate a history of high standards in all core QS functions.

Be competent at ensuring all deadlines are met.
