  • Holds a Level 8 Degree
  • Motivated to pursue a career in customer service

Role requirements

 

  • Providing world class customer care and providing clear solutions to inbound customer queries
  • First call resolution where possible and follow all queries through to completion
  • Promoting the brands 'Easy' strategy continuously to transition customers across to online and phone banking
  • Work towards various different call quality targets
  • Performing in line with indicators of world class customer service
  • Become a ‘bank expert’ with detailed knowledge of products, services and digital offering
  • Positively contributing to team meetings and culture
