Credit Controller

Role Description

Exciting opportunity to join a well established finance team working with key clients.

The Role:

  • Assist with daily cash collections ensuring payments are collected to terms
  • Maintain effective customer records
  • Carry out reconciliation of accounts
  • Assist with weekly reporting, Aged Debt and Dispute resolution
  • Act promptly on claims deducted from payments to resolve
  • Preparation & posting of customer statements
  • Monitor payment schedules in place and ensure payments are received on time
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver high levels of service

Requirements:

  • Must be educated to GCSE standard
  • Two or more years credit control experience
  • Experience of using ERP systems
  • Experience of using Credit Management Software is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent numerical skills and computer skills
  • Must be willing to travel as require and have a Full UK driving licence
  • The post will also require some travel between our sites in Dungannon and Lisnaskea.
