Assigned Certifier

 

Our client, a large Multi-Disciplined Organisation, is seeking to recruit an Assigned Certifier for their Dublin City Centre offices. The appointed Assigned Certifier will be responsible for projects based in Dublin and varied locations. 

 

To be considered for the role you must: 

Have more than 5+ years’ as Registered Building Surveyor / Architect / Engineer.

Have thorough knowledge of building regulations & guidelines and BCAR Legislation

Have a proven ability to manage and prepare site visit reports, witness tests etc.

Have a track record of Liaising with Design and Construction Teams, Ancillary Certifiers and local authority Building Control.

Have client facing experience and reviews of contracts.
Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical). 

Have excellent communications skills.
Be capable of multi-tasking, co-ordinating and delivering multi-aspects of a project. 

Ideally you will: 
Be Registered or eligible to be an Assigned Certifier.

Have Full Clean Driving license and Own Transport.
Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. 
Manage multi-faceted projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.

Be Computer literate in computer and database applications such as Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project/Power project etc.
