Role Description
My Client, a global leader and provider of payment technology solutions serving to more than 6 million merchants and 4000 financial institutions is growing and they are looking to hire several Incident Managers for their rapidly expanding Dublin R&D teams.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that impacting incidents are managed effectively and professionally, resulting in the restoration of normal service quickly, efficiently and with minimal impact to my client’s customer service.

Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of related technical and business experience.
- Experience managing multi-platform and client-impacting issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or applicable certifications.
- Requires strong knowledge of payments/financial industry
- Translate the IT strategy into action. Expert knowledge of business operations, policies and practices.
- Exposure to multiple technologies
- Troubleshooting in a large environment
- Production Assurance
- Some travel required
