Junior Architect
Role Description
Our client a very well-established Architectural practice based in Dublin South specialising in Residential and Multi-use development projects, are seeking to recruit Registered Junior Architects to join their expanding team due to new project wins.
If you are a Junior Architect with excellent technical proficiency in building construction and have experience in the preparation of working drawings, detail and tender packages, our client would be very interested in meeting with you.
To be considered for the role you must:
- Have between 1-3 years experience in an architectural practice.
- Have excellent working knowledge of Irish planning, building regulation and guidelines.
- Have excellent presentation skills.
- Have some experience developing initial concept designs.
- Have experience preparing planning applications drawings and associated documentation.
- Have experience preparing tender drawings and tender packages.
- Have BIM experience
- Be proficient in Revit, Autocad, 3D Software, Photoshop and Indesign.
- Understand BC(A)R
- Have a proven track record of progress and success in your career to date.
- Be proficient in the English language ( spoken, written, technical )
- Have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of the team.
Ideally you will:
- Hold a degree in Architecture,ideally RIAI or RIBA registered.
- Have some procurement knowledge
- Have experience in working on Residential Projects
- Have an ability to modify / improve existing designs to facilitate ease of construction.
- Have on-site construction supervision experience.
- Be able to work to tight deadline and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Be capable of working on multiple projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.

Salary will be depending on experience, suitability & fit for the roles and will be between: €30k - €40k per annum
