•Build a sustainable Private Banking presence and deliver ambitious portfolio growth with a focus on building AUM. • The successful candidate will be required to develop and build a HNW portfolio from inception leveraging external market network to focus on investment sales and advice. • Through the provision of quality advice and customer service, the Relationship Manager should generate significant wealth income and generate new / retain existing business. • Provide a comprehensive level of strategic financial advice across the breath of personal financial considerations in line with a goal based planning ethos. • Undertake in-depth analysis of lending proposals sufficient to ensure well-informed lending decisions in support of a growing and profitable business. • Build and maintain strong relationships by being proactive in all dealings with customers and staff to ensure all stakeholders are aligned, supportive and fully understand the Private Banking treatment strategy.
