Our Limerick based client, a US financial services & technology multinational, are now actively recruiting for an experienced, dynamic Client Services Manager to join their team.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading & motivating their client services team of 4 Client Services Executives, directly managing key clients across all business units, onboarding new clients, developing talent within the group & delivering solutions on complex issues.

Due to the mix of client/team management & compliance duties, his job would be an excellent move or career opportunity for someone with proven experience in the financial services, funds management or banking industries.

 

Your Key Duties:

  • Lead, motivate & develop the client services team.
  • Coordinate client services duties, policies, procedures & productivity standards.
  • Develop & maintain awareness of trends & issues within the financial services industry.
  • Ensure quality & adherence to compliance standards, both locally & within the wider international teams.
  • Undertake process, audit, on-boarding & change management projects.
  • Act as point of escalation for key client issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team on developing new client relationships.

 

Your Skills/Experience Required:

  • 5+ years team management experience ideally in the financial services, funds, banking or a related sector.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to lead/motivate a team.
  • Proven client management skills.
  • 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong IT skills & ability to multi-task.

This is a permanent position with stanrting salary of 40-46k, an full benfits package & excelletn career progression opportunites for the successful candidate.
