Role Description
Graduate Engineer
Our client is seeking to recruit a Graduate Engineer to work in their Electrical and Telecoms department in Dublin City.
The successful Graduate Engineer will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team assisting in the delivery of key projects, and providing engineering support for railway signalling systems.
To be considered for the role you must:
- Have Level 8 Honours Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or another relevant Level 8 qualification.
Ideally you will have :
- Full Clean Driving License
- Excellent IT Skills
- Excellent planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
- Membership of a professional engineering body.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure a focus on safety and compliance with all relevant safety standards.
- Assist in the delivery of the key railway signalling projects.
- Provide engineering support in the design, testing, installation and maintenance of safety-critical railway signalling systems.
- Ensure compliance with all technical standards and procedures
- Deliver assigned tasks/actions on time and to required standard.
- Communicate effectively with staff across various departments within the company.
- Adhere to corporate HR policy and procedures
Rewards:
Attractive long-term , career enhancing, contract role. Remuneration is negotiable depending on suitability and fit of the candidate. However, the ideal candidate can expect a salary in the order of €40,000, based on an annual leave entitlement of 25 days per annum with a fixed working week of 36 hours per week.
