Reporting Lead - PMO

Role Description

The purpose of the Programme Office Reporting Lead is to:

•Oversee the ongoing development and day-to-day execution of all Programme reporting activities and management of the Programme Office reporting team;
•Gather and manage weekly data and information feeds from across the Programme to input into Programme reporting;
•Provide key stakeholders with relevant, up to date and validated management information to assist the delivery of the Programme;
•Develop and maintain processes, tools and methodologies to support continued reporting within and outside of the Programme.
Key Responsibilities
•Scheduling and managing all the programme's Executive governance forums to ensure alignment with Group wide governance forums
•Responsible for the upkeep of all programme Governance terms of reference (ToRs) and attendance lists
•Working collaboratively with the Business, Finance and Technology functions to set  agendas and spotlight pieces for Programme Executive governance forums
•Creation and coordination of all information and material for reporting packs, providing challenge where necessary
•Escalation of risks, issues and decisions to the appropriate governance forum, ensuring these are managed and tracked effectively
•Tracking and maintenance of the central action and decision log for the Programme's Executive Steering Committee, Programme Board and Programme Delivery Group
•Supporting all Executive Governance Forums by providing general administration services and working with OCOO to provide the required level of analytical reports
Skills and Expertise Required
•Attention to detail and a strong appreciation of executive  level information standards
•Strong PowerPoint, Exec, Word and Visio skills
•Proven programme and project management experience with good knowledge of  risk and issue escalation processes and decision making 
•High attention to detail and practical experience of gathering, analysing, collating complex and confidential information
•Organised with ability to prioritise own workload effectively, to co-ordinate activities and conflicting demands to ensure tight deadlines are met
•Ability to work with limited supervision, using own initiative to resolve most problems
•Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to target content for audience
