Role Description

Accounts Assistant – One Year Contract

List of duties:

  • Filing
  • Preparing banking and posting lodgements to the system
  • Preparing Cheques and confirming same on system
  • Petty Cash duties
  • Posting of Visa expenses/ following up on receipts
  • Opening new matters
  • Closing completed matters
  • Excel spread sheet data entry
  • General Admin duties
  • Assisting accounts staff with answering queries
