IT Customer Support Manager
Could you manage the technical support of desktop PCs, laptops, printers along with a number of service desk agents in a range of regions ?
Could you improve current processes and procedures ?
Can you develop coach and lead a geographically dispersed team including day to day supervision and continuous training ? Continually evaluating progress to create a high performance culture.
Can you prepare operational cost estimates for current and proposed projects and evaluate vendor proposals for purchases of hardware / services ?
Can you collaborate with other groups such as the Infrastructure and Application teams to enable increased tier 1 resolution ?
Could you commit to travel of between 5-20% to ensure delivery of your duties ?
