CPL in partnership with our client Pfizer are looking for a Senior Automation Administrator for their Ringaskiddy site, in Cork.

Senior Automation Administrator 


Role Description:
Senior Administrator required with excellent admin and organisational skills to work in a busy ERP & Automation Department. 


Responsibilities: 
Cost Control 
• Creation of purchase orders for goods and services 
• Invoice hold resolution in Process Director system 
• Vendor setup and vendor master data maintenance 
• Track weekly timesheets of all contractors and assign hours & costs to associated 
capital projects 
• Liaise with professional service companies to ensure invoicing is completed correctly 
and on time before each month end 
• Monitor PO spend to ensure funds are available to cover services provided 
• Prepare month end budget reports and forecasts 
Validation 
• Create/ upload Automation validation documents on the PDOCs system and generate 
approval workflows. Update document properties with correct training attributes and 
ensure training is completed. 
• Coordinate periodic review of Automation procedures in PDOCs 
• Filing and retrieval of project documentation and backup tapes from offsite storage 
Team Management 
• Prepare and update team area information centre in advance of weekly team meeting 
• Generate weekly metric and system alarm reports 
• Schedule and coordinate training 
• Setup of new hires –request accounts, hardware, induction, purchase order and ensure 
correct training is assigned 
• General team queries 
Material Master Data 
• Coordination of new material master data request setups. Liaise with all SAP master 
data SMEs to ensure correct information is provided before setup. 
• Initiate Master Data creation workflows for all new raw materials, intermediates, 
packaging and APIs 
• Process Master Data maintenance/change requests 
• Management of master data forms and procedure.

• Strong IT skills (MS Office Suite) 
• Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail

• Discretion when dealing with confidential information 
• Be a good team player and possess a flexible attitude to work
