Senior Mobile Specialist (Sr. Telecoms Technician)
Our client, a global social networking service company, are seeking Senior Mobile Specialist with strong experience and knowledge of the variety of mobile carriers to support and administer the service delivery of their corporate mobile services programs across their EMEA regional offices and act as a support for the wider global business in the US and APAC regions. You will be part of their global team of Mobile Specialists that are the escalation point for their End User staff, offering support for device configuration and carrier provisioning. This role will be for 11months fixed term contract based in Dublin City Centre.
Salary: €43,000 pro rota
The successful candidate will act as the Mobile Ambassador by sharing knowledge, training, accountability and contributing to the mobile enterprise programs. You will analyse and troubleshoot escalated mobile issues such as Mobile networks, hardware, operating systems and mobile applications. You will support for non-standard and unplanned order requests by accessing, recommending and providing solutions that fit the end user’s requirements in line with company policy. You will create multiple knowledge articles based on your strong mobile knowledge and maintain mobile inventory and programs. You’ll implement, support, fulfil and facilitate Telecom Expense Management(TEM) tasks and analyse mobile spend and usage through this tool. You will review and analyse the End User support tickets by leveraging their ticketing system. You’ll use data analysis skills to provide recommendations to improve and optimise the business mobile operations while participating in rotational on-call support for urgent and critical troubleshooting and support.
