Role Description

A progressive and dynamic City Centre Banking Organisation is seeking to hire an ambitious and energetic Customer Services Executive to work as part of a collaborative team on inbound and outbound campaigns 

 

You will be responsible for delivering day to day customer contact centre services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

  • To deliver engaging customer service by answering calls/emails in a prompt, friendly, jargon-free and professional manner.
  • To proactively identify 'buy signals' and convert prospects into customers.
  • Delivering on a day to day basis of personal objectives to achieve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with information about the Direct Bank’s investment and savings products and services.
  • Convert prospects into customers by recognising 'buy signals'.
  • Participate in outbound sales campaigns by following up on leads generated.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and helpful manner.
  • Handle administrative processing of account applications and follow up activities.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of all fulfilment activities that arise from customer contacts and/or direct marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with the wider organisation – Operations and Marketing

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer Services experience within a banking/financial services setting
  • Have worked within a Call Centre environment 

 

Salary 26K initially a 6 month FTC with view to permanency

 

The Customer Contact Centre will be operational Monday -Friday 8am to 7pm. There will be some flexibility in the shifts worked by Customer Contact Agents
