A progressive and dynamic City Centre Banking Organisation is seeking to hire an ambitious and energetic Customer Services Executive to work as part of a collaborative team on inbound and outbound campaigns
You will be responsible for delivering day to day customer contact centre services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
The ideal candidate will have:
Salary 26K initially a 6 month FTC with view to permanency
The Customer Contact Centre will be operational Monday -Friday 8am to 7pm. There will be some flexibility in the shifts worked by Customer Contact Agents
