IT Support Technician 1st line (Lisburn)
Must be able to provide a highly technical support service within an Office 365 environment and have a good understanding of Microsoft Technologies gained within a busy IT helpdesk function.
With a good level of networking essentials you will be able to record and process all helpdesk calls according to agreed support and escalation procedures.
In broad terms the role encompasses activity management, user support and various training and documentation procedures.
This role sits within an environment of growth and ongoing development within one of Northern Ireland’s leading manufacturing organisations with circa 300 employees on site and an operation spanning 150 sites throughout Ireland and the UK.
