This job could be for you! Our client is one of Irelands leading banks and will provide you with the opportunity to gain experience in their Mortgage department.

The vacancy offers a strong development opportunity in managing customers who are experiencing financial difficulty/hardship and for you to manage these relationships to recover debt and minimise bank losses.

  • You will manage your own portfolio of mortgage recovery cases which will require working closely with internal/external legal teams.
  • You will expected to engage with customers, assess their financial circumstances and decide the best course of action.
  • Where applicable you will be required to link in with other product teams within Retail FSG to ensure a co-ordinated approach, professional and empathetic customer engagement to achieve maximum recovery.

Successful candidates will be working on a dynamic, fast paced team with responsibility for:

  • Arrears Management / Legal Recovery experience is highly desirable.
  • Managing a broad portfolio of clients
  • Resolving client queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide support to the business across various sectors
  • Adhering to compliance and regulatory standards at all times
  • Preferably existing business, finance or law related qualification backed up by a solid academic record.


What youll need:
The Minimum Education requirements is 5 GCSE passes (or higher), to include a pass in English and Maths. These 5 subjects must be achieved with a grade of A C. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
Previous experience in a financial industry while an advantage is not required
