Financial Services – Team Lead – Sandford

The Role:

This role demands that the individual maintains operational awareness and oversight of many projects of varying complexity ensuring the team members are taking the customer form ‘Deal Won’ through to live operation.

The successful candidate will work with multi-national Corporate Institutions on a global basis, accountable for revenue realisation. The role will offer the successful candidate a chance to develop internal relationships and to work closely with clients on the Implementation of full scale Cash products – Liquidity solutions, Electronic Banking Solutions, Account Management solutions etc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and motivate a team maintaining operational oversight and awareness.
  • Conduct on-going One to One’s and Team Meetings.
  • Preform regular reviews of active implementations to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Act as first point of escalation for both clients, and our client’s client’s.
  • Communicate business objectives to the team in a constructive and positive manner.
  • Support the Team Manager in day-to-day BAU activities.
  • Establish appropriate governance and solid relationships with key stake holders.
  • Be a champion and pro-active member of the department.

The Person:

  • 2 years minimum experience as a Team Lead in the Financial Services area
  • Experience managing complex projects an advantage
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects
  • Third level qualification preferred
  • PRINCE 2 or PMI accreditation preferred
