Role Description

Our client a leader in the Pharma sector are currently hiring a Financial Analyst to join their growing team. Excellent salary and benefits on offer.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Delivery of high quality financial and management reports including monthly management accounts, budgets and projections.
  • Preparation and analysis of operational performance, variance and trend analysis to support business planning and decision making
  • Drive expenditure control at the cost centre level for Biologics operations.
  • Preparation and review of key account reconciliations
  • Support of internal and external audits
  • Ensuring the highest standards of stewardship and control are maintained

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced qualified accountant, with a minimum of 2-5 years PQE and a comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, internal controls and business partnering.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP principles in addition to a proven ability to manage operating budgets, and anticipate emerging issues would be preferential.
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills, as well as demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • SAP experience is desired.
