Banking Administrator 

Are you looking for a new position? Our client is looking for bright and ambitious graduates to join their team. You will be given excellent training alongside working in a collaborate and dynamic environment 

Role requirements

 

  • Complete all activities in accordance with best practice and guidelines
  • Deliver consistently high  quality service to both internal & external customers in all service areas
  • Follow through of customer queries and requests to resolution and closure
  • Support colleagues to help manage impact of change
  • Carry out changes and admendments on various differnt customer documents and products such as loans, current accounts and credit cards
  • Provide high quality service standards to any queries or requests received from the front line teams

Key requirements

  • Level 8 BA Degree is preffeable
  • Maths at Leaving Certofocate level
  • Computer savvy with experience using Microsfot Office
  • Ability to multitask and work to set procedures
  • Excellent team player with enthusiasm and energy to deliver under tight deadlines and support colleagues as required
  • Attention to details is a must
