Site Clerk/Document Controller

Role Description

A leading Electrical Contractor is currently seeking an Site Clerk/Documentation Controller. 

This job would suit a Graduate or somebody with strong administrative skills and experience.

Duties include:

  • Compiling Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
  • Ensuring various drawings and print records are kept up to date as per document control Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensuring various prints of drawings are logged and filed as per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Printing / Filing / Scanning documentation.
  • General office/admin duties.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organisation skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or experience in the construction industry would be an advantage but not essential.
