Our analysis of the HR market indicates that the number of HR roles available is has risen across all the core HR disciplines. The demand for specialist HR professionals has increased significantly, with talent acquisition roles alone representing 32% of all roles advertised in Ireland. Strategic, commercially minded HR Business Partners are in high demand, although employers rightly appear willing to wait to acquire the best talent. There are also more Senior Leadership positions available, although this area remains competitive.
